Late April in Jerez, when the Spanish Grand Prix is usually held, is normally one of the best times of the year for race weekend weather. Conditions are usually warm, bright and comfortable, without the extreme heat of summer. Daytime temperatures often reach around 21 to 24°C, while mornings and evenings can feel cooler at roughly 10 to 13°C.
For spectators, that usually means light clothing during the day, but a hoodie or light jacket is useful for early sessions or when the sun goes down. Sunshine is common, so sunglasses, a cap and sunscreen are highly recommended. Rain is possible because it is still spring, but it is usually more about a short shower than a full wet weekend. Most years you can expect a lot of dry running.
From a Windy-style perspective, mornings are often calmer, while the afternoon can bring a stronger breeze across open parts of the circuit. That can make some corners feel cooler and may slightly affect bikes on track. Overall, late April in Jerez is usually excellent for MotoGP or F1 fans: warm days, manageable temperatures, plenty of sun and generally very enjoyable conditions for walking around the circuit.
