Filip Bezzecchi, on a Ducati motorcycle, won the French Grand Prix for the second time this season. He beat Saturday's sprint winner, Jorge Martín of Spain, by 4.256 seconds. Third place went to Frenchman Johann Zarco, which pleased the local fans. Thanks to this result, Bezzecchi came within one point of the championship leader and his compatriot, Francesco Bagnaia.
